✅ Do's
1. Wait at least 10 minutes for the Finder to join.
Finders may encounter technical difficulties when joining a call. Please wait a minimum of 10 minutes before ending the check-in to give them ample time to connect.
2. Ensure a strong internet connection.
A reliable internet connection is crucial for uninterrupted check-ins. Before your scheduled call, test your connection to avoid any issues.
3. Report technical issues to support.
If you experience technical difficulties during a check-in, contact support at support@myfello.app. Reporting issues allows our team to investigate and address potential bugs.
🚫 Don’ts
1. Don’t swipe down on notifications or texts.
Swiping down on notifications or texts will disconnect your video, making it appear as though you left the call. Avoid checking notifications during check-ins.
2. Don’t click in and out of the app.
Switching between apps during a check-in may disrupt the video and audio connection. Stay fully engaged in the app for the duration of the check-in.
3. Don’t conduct check-ins in areas with poor internet connectivity.
Unreliable Wi-Fi or mobile data can lead to disconnections and affect the Finder's experience. Plan your check-ins in a location with a strong, stable connection.
